To my son -on Wealth Creation

Shrihaan will be 6 in august and I hope and pray that he is getting groomed to become a fine young man soon who will contribute heavily to the environment he lives and be happy.

There are things my father didt tell me but wish I was told. There is no guarantee that my life and situation could then be different but atleast it could be a possibility.

I spent most of my wakeup hours worrying about security in future interms of a decent job and quality of life.

I should have figured out the fundamentals of wealth creation long back so that could have implemented it years ago.

The objective of waelth creation to me is to be free from the need to have job to earn living. Wealth is something that should earn enough for us to survive without doing anything to earn money. That would be quite peaceful!

I guess everyone can do it with discipline, plan and prayer.

The mantra is plan, plan, plan, save save, save, invest, invest, invest, have patience, have patience, have patience.

Be very careful when spedning money. Dont waste it on things you dont need or could do without.

what appreciates with time:

1. house/condo/flat.

2. Good company share/ MF

3. Gold

How many Buffet's, Soro's, Bill Gate's, Rockfeller's are there in the world?

If you have it to be one of them, great!

Even otherwise, you can secure your future.

Invest in good, solid companies, stay invested while tracking it. For years it maynt go anywhere but then there would years when it would rocket to much higher levels.

Try to spot aq consumer trend. what product would be big with time which no one is actively talking today? If you cna spot a trend and fave faith in it, invest in it.

Polulations will alsways grow, so will be demand and hence price of house since land is limited resource.

Who are the millionaire's next door? They are people with ordinary jobs but a solid plan to become wealthy. They live a frugal life and aree immune to the bomardment of advirtisement for things no one really needs.

Make saving and investing a part of your lifestyle as soon as you can and that is a powerful way to become rich and secure.

Im open to consultations.

Godess Kali & Lord Ganesha

I was moved from my parent's house in Baruipur, West Bengal to my uncle's place in Kolkata when I was 12 year old. It could end of my life but for the fact that it was meant to bring me closer to Ma Kali temeple in Kalighat.

Im what Im today but for Ma Kali. I used to go for a darshan whenever I would go for a walk early in the morning or in the evening and since then I have been taaken carre off my Ma Kali. Yes, my life used to be sad then but still it improved progressively and it could go down the drain if she didnt help me walk back to the life that is true, honest and right.

Ma protects us.

I grew up and moved to Banagalore first to study and then job. Moved to Mumbai in 1999 and that's how we moved to the land of Lord Ganesha, the God onecannt help love. We find enormous peace andd happiness chanting his name. It brings great vibration all around and all the wishes come true.

Give how hard is life in India and not so great image it has outside, sometimes I have wished that we could have born in europe or some such place where life is taken care off in general. But then I always remeber that then would not have known the blessing of Ma Kali and Lord Ganesha.

Ela's Father

we were having dinner with Ela in London, she got a called and talked for few minutes rapidly. Later, she told this story.

She was from Egypt.

She was being invited home repeateed by Masud.

Masud and his brother, were born and not really brought up in Egypt. They didnt have parents and then they were 18. Not at all educated. They had this dream that they could make a living in UK.

They went to Ela's father and requested help. He was a man moderate means. Yet, he bought them the tickets to London.

They arrived, they worked a cleaner in restaurants. Through seer hardwork and they made it big, painfully slowly.

They now have 10 Pizza hut franchaisees. They have family and quite well settled now.

They are indebted to Ela's father.

They told her that the last meal they had in Egypt was cooked by her mother.

Her father is like God to they. An ordinary man with a open heart. He made a difference to them.

Life should be lived like this. worth talking about. Not necessary that millions of people will talk about one, it seldom happens. It doesnt really matter.

A small ripple created goes on to creat many more ripples.

Baguio trip

Holy weel in Manila means holidays for close to a week you one is bit innovative in managing leaves.

We decided to go to Baguio for 4days which is famed to be the summer capital of Philippines.

It took us 5hours to reach there. The drive was pleasant. Our driver, Jerry had gone there 8 times but was totally clueless about the roads as if it was his first time.

It was choke a block with filipinos holidaying there, it may be a good idea to plan one holidays when no one else is planning a holiday.

Compared to many of the hill stations all over India, Baguio was a let down. It was really ugly to look at some of the mountains covered with houses.

But the weather was nice and pleasant and not everyday we sit by the fireplace and chat or watch a Hindi movie. we did that every evening in Baguio.

The famed strawberry farm had the look of a place which has been trampled and we saw really few starwberries in there!

It rained one afternoon and then we saw the biggerest ever rainbow we have seen in our life. It was awesome. The boat ride in the lake is an pleasant experience. Its again famed for cheap but artistic furniture and we were bit disappointed on that front.

On our way back we went to 100 Islands and the look and feel of the place was brathtaking. Small island scattered all over the sea teell the story that years ago some massive force has torn the land mass away to result in so many islands!

We pray for the stability of our mother earth!
