Since its now mission to do one good deed everyday, Im aware throughout the day that I must do atleast one good deed deliberately everyday.
Yesterday, I prayed that whole of India to have peace and prosperity. I prayed for people to have good thoughts so that no more terrorist attacks happens on her soil. I will continue to pray for it.
Im also doing random prayer for people I passby on the road for them to have a happy and nice life.
Im also more aware and hence less agressive when driving. I try to let others go ahead of me. its never easy but Im trying and there will be a day when it becomes a natural part of my driving.
In a world tormented by menace of terrorism along with so many diesease and uncertainty, I sincerely believe much good can come if each of us try to do as much good as possible, with patience, humility and faith. This is the clear antidote to all the evil in our true leaderless world with evil in many peoples mind.
Religious dominance is nothing if individually one is not a true child of God. A true child of God takes care of all his other children and dont kill them in cold blood. There is no separate heaven and hell, the heaven and hell is in this earth. One got to settle the bill of his deeds onb this earth.

At various point in time, we have seen religious leaders emerge to lead the population and provide meaning to living and society to properous in peace and harmony.
Today, we see chaos all around. Common people are suffering all accorss the world, specially in the poor regions like Pakistan, India, Africa, shrilanka. Most of the trouble is is due to the struggle of evil people (Mugabe, ISI-Pakistan Army, Indian politicians, Bush, Amrica) to garner as much resource as po0ssible and their faith in the thought that for them to prosper, others must suffer.
Hunger and fight in Darfur, Cholera (this in 2008) in Mozambia, slaughter of innocents in Mumbai, suicide from hunger, Iraq- common people are suffering.
When I was young I used to believe that world will progress to a better tommrrow and one day we will live in an Ideal world.
I grew up in world where everyday my believe is strengthed that men will never know peace. Yet, Im positive and never give up hope and faith that one day world will still be ideal.
Progress made in one area is being undone in deterioration other area. Terrorism is slowly but surely becomeing another legitimate way of dying like cancer, old age.
I believe unipolar world with America doing as it please is a dangerous situation. It could be a great thing is Amrica was wise asnd could think beyound itself. Afganistan, Pakistan problem is creation of America.
Will a religious leader emerge to unify the world and lead it to peace andf harmony. I dont see any indications though feel the vacuum for someone to emerge.
May in the days of micro finance, micro religious/social leadership will help aleviate the ailments of the world.
Hence there cannt be a solution that someone else will provide. If we believe in that, we are likely not to see that happen in our lifetime. Hence, we must look inwards.
Each one of us must do as much good as possible and positively impact as many as possible so that a flood of postive deeds get created. Each one of us must make it a habit to atleast do one selfless deed that benefit atleast one person and we should everyday ask ourself before we go to sleep if we have been able to go a good deed during the whole day. This is the only way which can msake our world a better place.

Risk Asseeement
I must have done 'n' number of risk assessment for launching new products in FMCG and chemicals sectors. And these are Hazop, FEMA, DuPont Risk asessment. Im particularly in favour of a through risk assessment since it highlights potential issues from as angle and helps in being aware of them and being ready with a risk mitigation plan. The war games for the key launches in key countries like China help see the picture in totality and bring enormous solidity to the entire plan. For a particular product launch, we even had a proactive and reactive PR plan.
Inlight of this, I was apalled that Ratan Tata said they had a warning and they have tighten security in the front gate only, it wouldnt have helped since the terrorists entered from back. This told me that they didnt do any risk assessment workshop looking at all posibilities and this could have avoided the dastardly act that was carried out in Taj Mumbai.
Risk assessment studies for airport, hotels, train stations, buildings, hospitals, malls are needed to be done very urgently in countries like US, India, Philippines. We have the skills available, need the willingness and resources to implement this. Insurance compmanies must drive this as part of their business since they end up paying for such occurances.

My heart bleed for my poor mother India. at the same time, I know anyone who can be so lowly to do this will die suffering enormous pain. These criminsals propagateing their hate ideology and making killing into a business also live the lives of rats, in cave and when dead, dont even get a piece of land for eternal rest. The soldiers at Kargil were not taken back by their very country and the nice animals mutilated in Mumbai is denied any land for their burial. What a beuatiful and desirable death for a ideological cause.
Heaven and hell is on this earth, everyone got to settle their account in this life itself.
What religion teach cowardice? Why, the religion of these scums who armed to the teeth go to kill women, children who are unarmed, who are busy eating or going about their lives. I hate myself but I feel extremely cynical.
How can nation prosper when the entire political system is visionless, currupt and use their days in power to steal public money to feed their wives, children and unborn progenies? All they care is visiting foreignland and corner everything like there's no tommrrow. A parasite in Mumbai government has 20 Sedans at his disposal and buys beacons each costing Rs. 30000, yet policement died from bullets through their bullet proof vests.
I had respect for Industrilists like Ratan Tata till he made a car at $2500 not thinking how how it will clog the allready clogged Indian road and now come the information that he thought thugs and animals can come only through the front door of his Taj and all the entrance werent secured? What kind of poeple and leader of Industry are these? What kind of risk assessment do they do for their businesses?
What will be the future of a nation when an entire party work on how to annoint a thumb sucking, clueless guy to the helm of the nation just because he has got a particular surname?
We are still paying for Gandhi's sin at the dawn of freedom.

I guess immidiately the common people should be given guns. This would have never happend in US since they are armed. Some will say that these guns will be misused and my response is its as if the goons dont hvae access to guns, lets not fool ourself.
Its high time the scholars and people at place of authority start speading the right meaning of the relogions, I will start reading and spreading this for sure.
Who can believe and die for some reward in the next lives? These are those who doesnt have a solid enough reason to live for sure. Its failure of the education, social and economic system. Everyone muct be given a good enough reason and hope not to want to die. Hence, the rich nations must recognise that their safety isnt in hoarding of wealth but in upliftment of poor nations.
We are seeing an awakening of Indians, specially urban Indians who will be ready to walk all the way to a place to elliminate the scourge if thats what is needed.
Rightnow, the entire political system doensnt have any acocuntability and they get away with murder with the connivance of police. Hopefully, our policement now will realise that they arent even immune from such violence and they must fulfil thier duty to atleast protect themselves. Judiciary has to play a much more activistic role to bring accountability to the system.
Election reform is needed. India is India today because even the illiterates got a say in election and thus we have those who are so lowly in the government. A father mourne his dead son and this chiefminister hurls insult to him, such pathetics, I pity my country that we have such creatures living there, worse ruling (rulling??) some of its part. Only graduates should have voting rights.
We must adopt 2 children policy as a rule. Population control will lead to much good in the medium terms.
Im now ready to act and will be working with likeminded anyone to bring whatever little change we can to the pathetic state that india is in. Im positive, Im hopeful and I know India will prevail and thats inspite of its politicians.
I will be the first on to support the politicians as soon they they do something to prove that there is atleast a trace of humanity and honesty left in them and they have bood running in thier veins and it boils.
Resigning and asking some country to deport some crinicals arent enough, we want a date by which this will happen, come what may. We are seeking time bound results, we are seeking revenge. We are saying lets plan and do everything so that it doesn happen again. Life is full of problem, lets elliminate this problem.
If we are short of money to equip our NSG, Army, Police, lets take drastic steps to get fund 1. Increase tax 2. Cancel the parades on 26th Jan and 15 th August 3. Cancell all the study tours, dont send a team to Olimpics 4. Stop our space program 5. there can be so many more which are nice to do when the basics like security, education and health is taken care off. Some will say these brings pride to nation and I say, what pride do we have when anyone can come and harm us and we take three days to elliminate the perpetrators (only the front, the brains behind still thrives) of such dastardly acts? Time to stop fooling outselves.
