China created the Covid 19 Pandemic

Growing evidence suggest that Covid19 pandemic is man-made and China created it. China was indulging in gain of function experments on live Corona virus in the Wuhan laboratory and it escaped from the laboratory where safety was lax. So, if it comes out that gain of function studies in China has made the global pandemic, then there is possibilities that those work will be banned and they are worried about their sustenance. China is a thrid world country with theird work morality, it is currupt, incopetent and have no values for human lives. All such work should be banned in theird work countries. All virus work should be allowed only in USA, UK, Germany and there should be a treaty that all the benefits should acrrue to the world at differential costs. Will it ever happen, never? Modi- take our permission first for Central Vista

Modi has turned out to be the biggest criminal of our times. We supported him, believed in him, gave him more tax that he asked, game him time, gave him respect and so he thinks he can rape India. He let scores of Indians die without any care, respect, dignity. He has the audacity of doing contrctions at a staggering cost to build a residence for him and goverment. The government is a joke, he is a joke. It is anyways a poor country where every penny must be spend on food, health and education. This is our money that Modi you have taken as tax and we didnt pay it for wasting 0on a house for you to stay. You already have a house, bigger than any politician deserve. Stop stealling our money and lives.

India- we are in shamble

Modi had built a fine image- he is an able administrator, he is courageous, he is strong, he is decisive. It proves again that get a good team and spread lies long enough and people state to take the fiction as reality. Modi got undone by the virus. I used to support him. He turns out to be as useless as Rahul Gandhi or any one else so called leaders of modern India. Scores have dies and scores more will perish. I wonder will we survive? Vaccine seems to be a way out, yet vacinations havent been planned well. It was stated without adequate capcity, stock or even plan for capacity. Capacity doesnt come out of sky, it require months of preperetions. India will need close to 3Bn dosages urgently as soon as possible and possibly another 1.5bn dosages as boosters. It will takr five years for all of India to get vaccinated unless majority of Indians perish which is what Modi has planned it seems. The situation still can be salvaged. Army and big corporatehouse should be asked to get the capacity made such that whole of India can vaccinated on war footing in next six months. What is stopping you Modi from doing it? You waiting for a confirmation of your cutmoney before deciding to do it??? Dont have enough cutmoney in the form of death to assuage your lust and hunger for blood? Make the army in charge of vaccination- what border you are trying to protect and for what if people cannt survive? May be people will be better of being part of other countries? Chennai HC has given the ruling that election commision is responsible for the death of scores of Indians. Is it that HC doesnt know that election commission and for that matter all so called independent bodies are not independent and are merely their masters voice and the master is the Modi? Why is HC going for soft targets? Is it another game of Modi to pass on the blame to some impotent body so as the cleanse his name and escape justice? What does it say about Chemmai HC? Moodi's crime against Humanity

India did well to manage the pandemic till Feb'2021- nobody knows what we did right but it appeared to have been quite under control. Modi the charlatan got busy in doing what he does best- cheap, meaningless power grab in west Bengal. Modi proved without an iota is shame or irony that he believes in nothing and hinduvta is a mear means to the goal of capturing the power. Amidst a pandemic, Modi in his f****** wisdom believed that politic and campeigning is the tight thing to do. When he should have galvanised the administration to prepare for the wave 2 of the pandemic, he got busy going after an equally lunatic didi who also deemed fit to fight it out. We now are in the midst of raging pandemic where people are dying without any care, at homes, at streets running around trying to get a hospital bed, gasping for oxygen. This is the ache din that Moodi promised in its infinite glory. Isreal - same mentality as Hitlar's Germany

I grew up in 70s and 80s with the romantic idea of Isreal.A country surrounded by enemy states yet strong, result, gives vengance for vengance. It has survived the neighbours with enmity towards it and not only survived but have progressed in many field. It has progressed technologically, it has progressed in agriculture and it is a nation of start ups. It is also fields with India. It takes no nonsense, proud, resolute, capable, bold and rich. I wanted to visit her in this life time. Then I read RISE AND KILL FIRST written by Ronen Bergman, an authoritative history of Isreal and her security aperatise. It talks about how Mossad and other agencies working with the goverment has kept Isreal safe. Yes, they have kept Ireal safe. But only by being the worse of its enemy. If the enemy killed 2, they would kill as many as they can. The enemy of course was uncropulous. Suicide bombing is the worse act of cowardice against unsuspecting, harmless civilians and also agaist its own as they sacrifice the suicide bomber with false laughable promise of unlimitted virgins in afterlife. But Isreal was equally bad in killing women, children. Isreal was bad in branding everyone in the enemy country as terrorists and hence justified many of their abnominable acts of terror, revenge and blood thrust. Hitlar killed scores of jews. We applied for PAN card at the site called Thepancard.com more than five months. We made many follow ups and inspite of all these, we have not got the PAN card for which we were made to pay Rs. 5000. To our horror we also found they continued to charge our credit card few more time before we had to change our card. This is a fraud site steal and harassing trusting ordinary people. Please avoid it if you dont want to be blatantly cheated. We applied from NSDL and in 2wk we received the PAN card now.

Postures is sure way to good health

Posture is very critical for healthy living. Posture is only genetic to some extent and can be corrected/improved with practice. Posture is common sensical. Like if you are carrying two bags, balance these. Sitting perfectly straight is a myth- we can sit comfortably- supporting the back arches. Sit comfortably, efficiently. Bending forward is not good for long term. Four type of xpercises are important: Cardivascular expercise - swiming, running etc Strength - weight training Flexibility- stretches Balance - quates etc Ideal exercise is for 45mins of moderate and 20 mins for vigorous exercise daily are good. How to check. If we can speak when we are doing expercise then we are doing moderate expercise. Working on a computer in a posture that is not right can affect our health leading to back and neck pain. No one posture fits everyone and one need to find the right efficient posture that fits oneself. Being more physically active brings right posture, so being more active can help in righting posture if done consiously and with awareness. Warming up is very important. If while doing expercise any joints are paining, we should stop and see a doctor. Heal to toe is the right way of walking, running. While walking pull your stomach little back. Regular exercise is important. Right footware is very important else may suffer injuries. Slouching has long term detrimental effect. Sitting with cross leg is not right as crossing one's leg leave bad effect on the spine, leads to spider veins. Standing desk is not solution to improve performance. Improtant is to switch from standing to straight every 30 mins. Hunchback or bend neck issues happen frome xcessive texting. It is best to raise it to eyelevel and keep the shoulder strights. While lifting, sit and then pick up anything heavy, dont bend and pick up. Move more, sweat in some way everyday. Dont do self medication, consult doctor when needed. Only difference from a good day and bad day is really our attitude. 3-4L of water is required everyday. Vit D- from sunshine, most deficient in people. Aim to get 30mins of sunshine everyday. Adequate sleep of 7-8hours are needed. Gradual change is alright, stay active, stay aware. Life is movement, movement is life.
