Reliance Jio Mart - The retail venture - knows nothing about honesty

Im a Reliance Shareholder. I have been likely everything that Mukesh Ambani has been doing moping up investments to go rezo debt. Digital is an opprtunity. Retail is even bigger opprtunity. I bought few more shares. We spend about Rs.30000 every month on groceries mainly from Amazon, Big busket, Nature's busket. I wanted my share to increase in price and value. I saw an advertisement. It said Reliance Jio mart have so many discounts. I calculated based on what all we will buy and appeared we will make good savings too. We ordered, our bill amount was about Rs.2500. I wanted to test it and resolved to buy only from there. My wife was not enthused used to amazon nd their great delivery experience. The delivery happened from Reliance Jio mart within the stipulated time. However several goods were missing. We calculated that goods worth Rs. 240 were not delivered. We were unhappy but thought the customer care of Jio Mart will help resolve it by either delivering the goods or make the refund. This is what Amazon does automatically and even small vegetable delivery startup like Sehadri Farms does. We were going to be proven wrong. We wrote with all details to Reliance Jio Mart customer care. My wife called their helpline. In response were were told they will look into it and silence ensued. We wrote again after 7 days and were asked to share the bill number again. We did again. Again all quite. Again we followed up. Again they asked for Bill number from regitered mailbox. This continued for over three months when I gave up. I even wrote to that we learnt how enethical and dishonest their venture is at a very low cost of Rs. 240 which they never refunded. They didnt care. The quality of the vegetables, fruits were quite bad too. We have not ordered from Reliance Jio Mart again after that. It doesnt have any willingness or system to resolve my issues and even understsnd the customer behaviour and reach out to me to understand why I havent ordered in last three months. Relaince Jio Mart investors will have a long wait obviously to get any returns. I sold some of shares. Very disapppoint with Mukesh Ambani that he is not ensuring that no customer is left feeling cheated and that the leutenants he trusts and pays millions in salary are tarnish the name of Reliance by doing a shoddy job. Late Dhirubhai Ambani must be feeling sad at this state of affair. Patronise and order from Reliance Jio mart at your own peril. And Amazon, sleep well and keep deliverying great service you are providing. Reliance Jio Mart- Reliance retail venture seems to be a joke and doubt even in 1000 yrs if it will be able to compete with you. I say this with lot od sadness but one cannt deny the reality.
