Postures is sure way to good health

Posture is very critical for healthy living. Posture is only genetic to some extent and can be corrected/improved with practice. Posture is common sensical. Like if you are carrying two bags, balance these. Sitting perfectly straight is a myth- we can sit comfortably- supporting the back arches. Sit comfortably, efficiently. Bending forward is not good for long term. Four type of xpercises are important: Cardivascular expercise - swiming, running etc Strength - weight training Flexibility- stretches Balance - quates etc Ideal exercise is for 45mins of moderate and 20 mins for vigorous exercise daily are good. How to check. If we can speak when we are doing expercise then we are doing moderate expercise. Working on a computer in a posture that is not right can affect our health leading to back and neck pain. No one posture fits everyone and one need to find the right efficient posture that fits oneself. Being more physically active brings right posture, so being more active can help in righting posture if done consiously and with awareness. Warming up is very important. If while doing expercise any joints are paining, we should stop and see a doctor. Heal to toe is the right way of walking, running. While walking pull your stomach little back. Regular exercise is important. Right footware is very important else may suffer injuries. Slouching has long term detrimental effect. Sitting with cross leg is not right as crossing one's leg leave bad effect on the spine, leads to spider veins. Standing desk is not solution to improve performance. Improtant is to switch from standing to straight every 30 mins. Hunchback or bend neck issues happen frome xcessive texting. It is best to raise it to eyelevel and keep the shoulder strights. While lifting, sit and then pick up anything heavy, dont bend and pick up. Move more, sweat in some way everyday. Dont do self medication, consult doctor when needed. Only difference from a good day and bad day is really our attitude. 3-4L of water is required everyday. Vit D- from sunshine, most deficient in people. Aim to get 30mins of sunshine everyday. Adequate sleep of 7-8hours are needed. Gradual change is alright, stay active, stay aware. Life is movement, movement is life.
