Chennai HC holds election commission responsible

Chennai HC has given the ruling that election commision is responsible for the death of scores of Indians. Is it that HC doesnt know that election commission and for that matter all so called independent bodies are not independent and are merely their masters voice and the master is the Modi? Why is HC going for soft targets? Is it another game of Modi to pass on the blame to some impotent body so as the cleanse his name and escape justice? What does it say about Chemmai HC? The citizens of India hope that Modi will be tried for killing scores of Indians under his watch and harshest punishment be given to set examples for future charlatan not to dare to aspire to find their place in history without having the competencies to earn it?
