This is amaging something that happened to Khun Anne, the effervecent lady who was helping us settle in the land of smiling Buddha.
Her parents were visiting her from Phuket and they have gone to a restaurant. The bill came to 836bhat and theycribbed that city food was too costly. Nextday they again went their for dinner and the bill again came to 836 Bhat.
Khun Anne told them its surprising and she should buy a lotto with that number. Her mom made fun of her and she didnt buy it.
Few days later, she was checking the lotto results and the a huge sum went to the ticket with 836!
Riches were so close to her yet didnt happen.
Lifes like that. Opprtunities come to us in many form and shape and oftentime, we miss it because we dont recognise it.
You may call it irony of fate as well.
This raise the question also why our creator is so playful with us? What is the teaching that life wants us to get from such missed opportunity when in the firstplace its so ambiguous that we dont even recognise sometimes as an opportunity!!
This however also indicate that things can improved and miracles are a moment away. This keeps everyone living life with anticipations.
