Night in Kolkata Airport

The tickers for her and Shennu was done. Unfortunately I didnt check the timeing. It turned up that the flight would reach at 12.45 in Kolkata. Tried to change it without success.

Shennu didnt want to go and cried all the way. It was decided that they would stayn the rest of the night in the airport and take a cab home in the morning.

It rained with lot of lighening in the evening and that made him more scared to travel. He told his mom manytimes that it could allright to travel if I was accompanying then. I felt one of the deepest emotions knowing how much I mean to him and whether Im doing enough to live up to it.

I have slept in the retiring room in Singapore for 30sing dollar or so once. I thought they could find a lounge and stay these.

Did lot of searches but seemed not much information were there on what to do if a lady and her son reached late at night in Kolkata.

I felt terribly guilty for putting them through this.

I kept awake whole night. We had decided before that we will remain in touch every one hour or so on phone. Unfortunately her load got over in no time and Shennu's roaming didnt get activated.

Apparently, they couldnt get a prepaid taxi, it counter it seems open at 7.30! They had to book a private taxi at Rs. 700 to go home. I got  a message at 6.30am that they had reached home in Kolkata. We spoke. I slept.

Kolkata infrastructure shows no sign of getting developed. It indeed seems like the time wraped place every time we go there.

I will meet them on 19th Oct in Kolkata.
