Future of India

Today is a day that could define future of India, that is, if India will be what we hope India to become, a strong, self respecting, self sufficient nation where one would want to live and settle. Narendra Modi was today made the chairman of the 2014 election committe and he is the lat hope if India would turn for the better or will ontinue the its slow poisionous jouney, atleast for next two decades. Current political class ruling India is currupt, senile, lacks any moral authpority r shame and one word it doesnt possess is self respect and have no ability to blame. A nation cannt prosper if it doesnt have a vision and if it doesnt strive to achieve something bigger than itself.

Narendra Modi has delivered handsomely as CM in Gujrat. Offocurse much his image is also crafted carefully by his aides but his records ae there for us to see. He doesnt believe in appeasement which has been the cancer in India since its independence. He believes in governance and development. He is strong and gives hope that anyone who slaps India will get be slapped back under him.

He is controversial though and he will have to package his game differently if he will have to succeed as PM of the latgest democrqcy in India.

He will have to manage the following: 1, Curruption 2. Population and health  3. Education 4. Education 5. Infrastrcuture

He manages these than India will find herself on the road to a joyous journey. It is not going to be easy and will take time but we hope atleast there will be beginning of honest effort towards it.

Its also a pity that some of the so called leaders of his party also failed rise above self interests and rally around his. We ask, LK Advani, what right, do you have Sir, to aspire to PM when you are 85 year old? You had your days and you had your chances, least you can do is now to support the best chance your party has and not zeopardise its chances of electroral victory by being divisive and sulking like a kid. If BJP doesnt come to power under Narendra Modi, then India is doomed for next 20 years atleast.

Its not going to be easy for him. The curruption, nepotism is deep rooted curse in Delhi durbar and those thriving from it will not give up the lure of ill gotten money and power easily. He will have to be strong, he will have to surround himself with expert from different fields and he will have to strike at the cancers early.
What should be his priorities?

1. Education - only education can lift a nation and reach it place under the sun

2. Inclusive development - Rural development would ensure equitable grwoth

3. Law and Justice - The police and army should be stregthened and the salary and benefits should be enahanced to attract the best. Rape (in all form including that of the nation) should invite death penalty.
.
4. Health and sanitation - Living in Indian cities is living hell and the quality of life can be improved if determined steps are taken

5.  Infrastrcuture - This should be a focus area without which India will remain a paper tiger

6. Equality and meriotcracy - The hindu identiy of India is also at a cross road. The ill advised communal congress ha made sure that Hindus would become second citizen first in India and atsome point they would have no other option other than to become mujaheers if they would care for their lives. The uniform civil bill need to be passed urgently if this fate is to be avoided. Im all for equal right to everyone who tke vow of alliance to India but knowing our history, we must not make the obvious mistakes. All reservations should be abolished.

7. Giverment should be run like a corporation and accountability should be installed at all level.
