Why countries falter?

The sad state of affairs where country after country is descending into chaos and uncertain future hold lesion for countries in the world. These countries were often carved out as spoils of war and were disjointed enough from the early days so it was certain enough to crumble under some provocations. However, it is mind blowing why stable, prosperous European countries like Belgium and France is struggling with terrorism and looking into decades when it could be solved and who knows if ever it will be solved or these countries are the future countries of middle east? For a country to stable where citizens are hopeful and look ahead at future with confidence and hope, I believe the following are required 1. A strong rule of law: Any breach of law and order should be dealt with iron fist and irrespective of social status of anyone. 2. A just system: Curruption corrods social fabric with time and hence it is critical to have independent judiciary ensuring that justice prevails. 3. Social welfare and integration: France and Belgium is paying the price of not doing enough for the immigrants from Africa to have integrated into the welster values and societies. Ghettoization, which is natural but potently dangerous was allowed which are breeding ground for criminality and decent into self-pity, anger and eventual revolt, often covert. A systematic policy implementation is required for upliftment of all who are marginalized into some basic level of quality of life is a must for a country to have peace and thrive. 4. Liberty and human rights: Human rights are valid for humans and certain creatures, just because they are born human must not be called human when they don't fulfil the minimum behaviors and values and hence human rights are for humans. 5. Economic progress: Economic progress makes a country positive and provide citizens with adequate livelihood. Most of the ills in society arises from stagnating economies resulting from inept and bad policies. 6. Education: Politicians in fumbling countries has traditionally used lack of education as means to control and fool the citizens. A country cannt prosper if education is not universal and thriving. Education instill values and dreams in all and help one choose between right and wrong. 7. Democracy: We all value democracy and it must be earned. Universal voting right makes democracy vulnerable to manupilation and corruption and makes it fail eventually. To be able to decide on the course a country should take a minimum level of education and hence right to vote should be given once certain basic conditions are fulfilled. are not
