We reached Manila a week back and the first week in Manila was hectic and taxing but very satisffying and happy.
Oakwood premier hotel. A great view, very cosy, just right place for prinx, myself and four yeal old Gulu.
Malls are never ending. Light, music and smiles are everywhere. Helpful and friendly people.
We went to ISM for Gulu's admission. He didnt want to go.. But his expression changed when we went around the school.
Gulu is becoming naughtier everyday and lastnight, he was teasing prinx and me as fatso. How time flies and he seems to be allmost a little boy now.
Single complaint he has now is that I havent given him any cars yet in Manila.
Saw several house in and around Salcedo village and Landmark. Will choose one soon.
We were surprised that bread, potato and onion are very costly here. Too expensive. Need to make adjustment in out food habits to manage the cost of living.
Life as expats seems to be good, we are just keeping out fingers crossed.
